The road since high school has been a long and winding one. Too long to recap here. I'm still working full time and playing music regularly - my greatest passion.

Few people know of my heritage in Pittsford. My mother, Eloise Terho, is from the Crump family, and her father was one of the brothers that ran the Wiltsie - Crump store at the 4 corners. She was 3rd generation in Pittsford going back to the time of the building of the Erie Canal. The first Crump (Samuel Lee) in town was a stone mason working on the canal that won the bid to build the first school house in Pittsford. That building is the stone house that still stands on Church St.
I was in Nursery school in Pittsford, in the small, old building that's now next to the fire house. It used to be across the street from where it now stands. Gary Fellers was a friend that year.
My family moved to the West side for my years in elementary school, and then we moved back to Pittsford in '63 when I started 7th grade.
Friendships had already been well established by the time I moved back, so it was hard getting close to the people that had grown up here. I made most of my close friends with the other kids that were moving into the area, trying to fit into a new environment.
Although I never felt truly a part of the school community because it was a pretty closed group of kids, I still have fond memories of high school, and still feel that this is where my roots are.
